Department of Electrical Engineering & Electronics
Abstract
In this talk, we will discuss our understanding of human movement using engineering and artificial intelligent methods. We will present technologies that are being developed to improve our understanding of control of voluntary movement i.e. how it is initiated and executed, why it fails and what to do about it when it fails. We will introduce bleeding edge assistive technologies that we develop for people, with and without movement impairment.
